FBG Land (formerly known as Fajarbaru Land (M) Sdn. Bhd.) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd. (FBG), focused on property development with a mission to deliver exceptional value by leveraging the Group’s extensive experience in construction and turnkey projects.

FBG Land’s footprint spans globally, with several prestigious projects in Malaysia and Australia. In Malaysia, the Rica Residence Sentul has made a notable mark since its launch in 2017, garnering widespread recognition for its vibrant design and strategic location. FBG Land continues to build on this success with one project under construction in Kinrara, KL, an upcoming development in the Pearl of the Orient, Penang, and a township project in progress – Desa Green in Kuala Krai, Kelantan.

In Melbourne, Australia, FBG Land has achieved great success with its maiden sold-out project, Gardenhill in 2017. This was followed by the completion of Paragon, a fully sold luxury skyscraper. FBG Land is currently embarking on its third venture in Melbourne, The Wilds – a thoughtfully designed collection of landed houses on the banks of Merri Creek.

First venture into Australian property development (Gardenhill, Melbourne – GDV AUD77 million); awarded the “Game Changer of the Year Award’ in the REA Excellence Awards 2017 – Australia’s first dog park in a high-rise apartment.

  • Launched the maiden property development project in Malaysia, Rica Residence @ Sentul, Kuala Lumpur (GDV of RM290 million), with a total of 473 residential units and 2 commercial units.

  • Ventured into second Australian property development (Paragon, Melbourne – GDV AUD 200 million) with Australia’s first high rise indoor forest residential; awarded “Best High Rise Residential Category” at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018 – 2019 and “Best International Development” at the iProperty Development Excellence Awards 2019, total 227 residential units and 5 commercial units.

Ventured into a third Australian project located at Northcote (The Wilds, Northcote – GDV of AUD35 million) featuring a thoughtfully designed collection of landed homes along the banks of Merri Creek.

Launched the Group’s second development, Vierra Residence @ Kinrara, KL (GDV of RM482 million, 1,604 units), which has garnered recognition with GreenRE certification and awards from PropertyGuru.

  • Launched Residensi Intan @ Desa Green, Kuala Krai (GDV of RM69.8 million), 227 units.

  • MOU signing with Penang Development Corporation on the development of “Medi-City Bandar Cassia”, encompassing a 235 acre of land.

  • Formed a joint venture (JV) with hostel management company Care Dynamic Sdn Bhd (CDSB) for a labour quarters project in Seremban called CLQ @ Senawang, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM184 million and a total of 672 units.

Accepted a LOO from PDC for the proposed development of Medi-City Bandar Cassia, covering approximately 235 acres. The Group is set to purchase parcel 1 of Medi-City Bandar Cassia which spans approximately 51.2 acres.

Signed the master purchase and development agreement with Penang Development Corp (PDC) for the first phase of the Penang Medi-City project in Batu Kawan, set to position the state as a regional medical tourism hub.
